Summary

Use Jetunicorn responsibly and lawfully. You own the data and content you bring into Jetunicorn. We do not use your local prompts, local files, or local outputs to train AI models. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by Thai law.

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of Jetunicorn websites, software, applications, APIs, cloud features, integrations, support, and related services. Downloading, installing, opening, or continuing to use Jetunicorn means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Jetunicorn for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract, or permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized organization. Some services may have additional age or eligibility requirements.

3. Software License

Jetunicorn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the software according to the applicable package or agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, resell, reverse engineer, or bypass technical limitations except where allowed by law or by written permission.

4. Local Use and User Responsibility

When using Local/Standalone mode, you control your device, server, network, credentials, model files, workspace data, backups, and access policies. You should configure security, backups, access permissions, and data policies before using Jetunicorn with important organizational information.

5. Accounts and Security

Some features may require an account or API key. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Contact hello@jetunicorn.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Jetunicorn only for lawful and responsible purposes. You may not infringe rights, transmit harmful content, disrupt systems, attempt unauthorized access, use the service for fraud, spam, malware, unlawful surveillance, or high-impact decisions without appropriate human review.

7. AI Outputs and Limitations

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific context. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, HR, employment, or rights-impacting decisions. Jetunicorn is not a substitute for professional advice.

8. Personal Data and Enterprise Data

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. For enterprise customers, Jetunicorn’s role as data controller or data processor depends on the service and written agreement, such as an order form, DPA, or enterprise agreement.

9. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Jetunicorn may connect with third-party services such as LINE, WhatsApp, Gmail, Microsoft 365, CRM, PMS, ERP, cloud providers, or model providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for enabling integrations, managing access permissions, and controlling data shared through integrations.

10. Fees, Packages, and Enterprise Solutions

Some features may be free, while others may require subscription fees, usage credits, professional services, or enterprise agreements. Pricing, taxes, renewal, cancellation, support, SLA, deployment, and scope will be stated in the applicable package page, proposal, invoice, order form, or separate contract.

11. Intellectual Property

Jetunicorn, the software, brand, interfaces, documentation, website content, and related materials belong to Jetunicorn or its licensors. You retain ownership of your inputs, files, workflows, and outputs unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Feedback you send may be used to improve the service without additional obligation unless law or contract provides otherwise.

12. Updates and Changes

We may improve, add, reduce, suspend, or change features for security, reliability, or product development. If a material change affects a paid service, we will try to provide notice through appropriate channels.

13. Suspension or Termination

You may stop using Jetunicorn at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create system or user risk, fail to pay due fees, or use the service unlawfully. Terms that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Jetunicorn is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or suitable for every workflow, model, device, integration, or business requirement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Jetunicorn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service, except where such limitation is not allowed by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Jetunicorn harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content or data, your integrations, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

17. Governing Law and Courts

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith before litigation.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the Last updated date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
