Summary
Jetunicorn is designed around privacy-first and local-first personal AI. In Local or Standalone mode, documents, prompts, responses, memory, and model interactions can stay on your own device or infrastructure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your local prompts, local files, or local outputs to train AI models.
1. Data Controller and Processor Roles
For our website, contact forms, accounts, cloud services, support, billing, monitoring, and services where Jetunicorn determines the purposes and means of processing, Jetunicorn acts as a personal data controller. Where Jetunicorn processes organization data only under an enterprise customer’s documented instructions, Jetunicorn may act as a personal data processor within the scope of the applicable enterprise agreement.
2. Data on Your Device
Data processed in Local/Standalone mode, such as private documents, knowledge bases, prompts, outputs, local memory, model files, and workspace data, stays on your device, server, NAS, or private infrastructure unless you enable cloud, remote access, integrations, support, or managed services that require selected data to be transmitted.
3. Information We May Collect
Information you provide may include name, email, phone number, organization, role, industry, use case details, enterprise form data, support messages, feedback, billing information processed by payment providers, and information you authorize through integrations. Automatically collected information may include IP address, country from server headers, browser, operating system, app version, diagnostic metadata, request counts, cookies, and security logs.
General website forms are not intended to collect sensitive personal data such as health data, religion, biometric data, criminal records, or national identification numbers. Users should not submit this type of information through general forms unless an enterprise agreement, lawful basis, and appropriate safeguards are in place.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases
We use information to provide services, respond to inquiries, contact you, assess enterprise needs, send relevant product information, manage accounts, prepare proposals, process payments, deliver updates, prevent abuse, secure systems, troubleshoot issues, operate integrations, and comply with law. Legal bases may include contract performance or pre-contract steps, consent, legitimate interests, and legal obligations.
5. Cookies and Country-Based Language
The site may use localStorage to remember your language preference. It may also use server headers, such as a country code from a CDN or hosting provider, to choose Thai as the default language for visitors from Thailand. If country data is unavailable, browser language is used as a fallback.
6. Sharing Information
We may share information as needed with service providers that help us operate Jetunicorn, such as hosting, email delivery, payment, analytics, support, security, cloud model providers, integration providers, professional service partners, legal advisors, and accountants. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect rights, safety, or enforce agreements.
7. Cross-Border Transfers
Some cloud, email, analytics, support, or integration providers may process information outside Thailand. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we will use appropriate measures permitted by applicable law, such as contractual safeguards, security controls, or other lawful mechanisms.
8. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the stated purposes, service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security review, and legitimate business purposes. Enterprise inquiry and support data may be retained as needed for follow-up and service operations. Account and billing records may be retained as required by tax, accounting, or other laws.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures such as access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, operational controls, logging, and access limitation. No system is completely secure, so users should also protect their own devices, local servers, credentials, networks, and integration keys.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable Thai personal data protection law, you may have rights to access and obtain a copy of personal data, correct data, request deletion or destruction, restrict use, object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the relevant authority. To exercise rights, contact hello@jetunicorn.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. Data Breach
If a personal data breach occurs within our responsibility, we will assess the risk and act under applicable law, including notifying the regulator within the legally required timeframe where the breach is likely to risk rights and freedoms, and notifying affected data subjects where required or where the risk is high.
12. Children and Minors
Jetunicorn is not designed for children under 13. Some services may be suitable only for users aged 18 or older. If you are a minor, you should have consent or permission from a parent or guardian where required by law.
13. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the Last updated date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means the updated Policy applies.
14. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to exercise privacy rights, contact hello@jetunicorn.com.
